Guyatone Electric Guitar LG-150T 1967 Made in Japan Vintage - Cream w/Hard case This guitar is clearly influenced by Mosrite and Yamaha’s iconic designs, yet it adopts Fender-inspired sound and hardware. The pickups resemble Jaguar pickups in both appearance and tone—warm and crunchy in the neck position, and twangy with a "wet" quality in the bridge position. The roller bridge, which allows adjustable saddle intonation, evokes Mosrite’s style, while the vibrato unit is a modified clone of a Jazzmaster-style system. It is thoughtfully designed and easy to adjust. The neck has a slightly low and slim profile while maintaining an overall C-shape. The body design mimics Mosrite with a sculpted top edge and flat back. The nut width is 1 5/8", and the scale length is 24 3/4"—similar to Gibson’s scale. Based on the serial number, this guitar was manufactured in 1967, the first production year of the LG-150T model. It shows significant wear on the headstock and body, with paint cracks near the neck pocket, though these do not extend into the wood. The guitar is fully playable in its current condition, but some adjustments could further enhance its performance to match the player’s preferences.
