This is a change from the MG series, which had a Rockin' Magic tremolo and 26 fret specification as standard, and is equipped with a Takeuchi Floyd type tremolo bridge on the standard 22 fret specification. Unusually for the MG series, it is equipped with a tone circuit, literally approaching a "standard" guitar.
