This is the Yamaha AEX-502 Bigsby Orange Electric Guitar. 24.75" scale. 1.69" nut. 13.5" bottom bout. 2" deep. 8 lbs. .82"-.90" 1st to 12th fret neck depth. Yamaha has long been a favorite of pro guitarists. The alder semi-hollow body is light and vibrant for an open tone, and the figured maple veneer adds a bit of aesthetic beauty . Dual dogear 'P90'-style pickups bring in some nice articulate growl from the bridge position and sustain from the neck. The maple neck has a comfortable oval C profile . The rosewood fingerboard's 12" radius combines with the tuneomatic style bridge to create a smooth bend feel. Thge icing on the cake is the Bigsby tremolo, which offers mass for tone transfer as well as those classic pitch manipulations. This AEX is in good overall condition as you can see in pictures- a few marks and compressions (examples shown with direct light) and typical play wear. The frets here are clean- set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E. There is no case included, but we pack for safe arrival as well as insure in full.
