This Yamaha EZ-AG Digital MIDI Guitar is perfect for beginners who want to explore the world of silent synthesizers or more advanced players who want to get in to using a MIDI guitar to control synths. The full-size electric guitar has a sleek black body made of acrylic material. It features 12 frets and 6 string configuration, and is right-handed. Note this guitar uses light up pressed buttons to help students learn chords and songs easily. I have had it for some time. I bought it to experiment as a midi controller hooking it up to synths. Works great. Has onboard speaker or can be plugged into headphones or an amp. This item can run on 6 AA batteries. No AC Adapter included I've always used batteries. Battery life quite good. There are EZ-AG adapters for $5-7 here on Ebay so it should be easy to add if you like. Very fun musical tool to have. I'd like to give it a good home as I'm downsizing.
